  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
    • The item is in its original condition and packaging.
    • The return is requested within 20 days of receiving the order.

 

  1. Initiating a Return:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at thefloristwrapshop@decowraps.com. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant images if applicable. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

 

  1. Return Authorization:
  • Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number on the outside of the return package. Returns without a valid RA number may not be processed.

 

  1. Shipping the Return:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items. The Florist Wrap Shop is not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit.

 

  1. Refund Processing:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refunds do not include the original shipping costs.

 

  1. Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thefloristwrapshop@decowraps.com. Include your order number and clear images of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or personalized items, as well as final sale items, are non-returnable.
